Pete's Eats - Tomato Soup
Are you trying to beat the lockdown blues by cooking up a storm? Us too!
However, we don't want to forget about our health, so we asked our low fat cooking guru Peter Marley to share some of his easy, healthy recipes. Today's recipe is based on a Slimming World soup, but with a few of Pete's tweaks. It's simple, but really rather yummy, so anyone can have a go!
Ingredients:
- Two tins of chopped tomatoes
- One tin of baked beans
- One tin of carrots or 2 fresh carrots
- Three pickled onions
- One vegetable stock cube in 1/2 a pint of boiled water
- Mixed Herbs.
